    • 30x60 foot unit is 1800 square feet with 14 foot wide by 14 foot tall overhead door
    • 25x60 foot unit is 1500 square feet with 12 foot wide by 14 foot tall overhead door
    • Custom bay sizes available by renting multiple bays that are conjoining.
  • Rental Rates:
    • Store-Front East Facing Units:
      • Standard Price per Square Foot: $8.00
      • Standard Price per Month for a 30x60 unit: $1,200.00
      • Standard Price per Month for a 25x60 unit: $1,000.00
        • East Facing units have a store-front style full glass walk door. 
        • 30 foot wide bays also include a full glass window next to the door.
    • West Facing Units:
      • Standard Price per Square Foot: $7.00
      • Standard Price per Month for a 30x60 unit: $1,050.00
      • Standard Price per Month for a 25x60 unit: $875.00
        • West facing units have an industrial style all metal door with small window slit style door.
  • Service Type: Triple Net (NNN)
